We will ship purchases in the United States via USPS parcel post as soon as possible after your payment has cleared. Personalized items can usually be done within a week. Forr larger orders for cheerleading/dance teams or birthday parties please allow two weeks. Don't forget, each item is HANDMADE, not mass-produced.

We cannot guarantee the arrival date of any shipment. For international shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays. We are not responsible for custom fees or import charges.
